Expand disk whilst server online?

Running vSphere 5.5, VM is ESXi 5.1 and later (VM version 9) running 2k8 R2.

Can I expand a non system disk on iSCSI without rebooting the server?

yes. as windows 2008 and above support extension of disk without reboot.So go ahead and do it.
