IE 11 on 2012 Server R2 - Getting popup "Do you want to allow this website to open an app on your computer?"

Has anyone gotten this popup?

I get this in IE 11 on Server 2012 R2. I event reset IE back to default.

Anyone know how to get rid of this?

IE > Tools > Options > Programs Tab > Change "Choose how you open links" to always in IE.
