Active/Active(I/O). How in can put all storage adapters paths to active ?

In the Configuration >> Storage Adapters im have two adapters. First Storage Adapter with Active and Second Storage Adapter with Active(I/O).

How im can change Second Storage Adapter to Active ?

First Storage Adapter with Active

Second Storage with Active(I/O)

Take a look at path selection policy configured for this LUN (seems like you're using the Fixed) and if your storage supports Round Robin policy, try change to Round Robin and you will see both paths with Active (I/O) status.

my storage is a EMC VNX-5300 and my San Switch is a Vsphereon 4500 Bellow

If you're using vSphere 5.1/5.5 this should already be configured with Round Robin based on KB: VMware KB: Load balancing using Round Robin multipathing policy on EMC VNX arrays

But if this is not true, just change to Round Robin.
