VMware Hands-on Labs does not manage air-watch.com.
I will forward along your request and they will look into and get back to you.
Roger that. I thought it was because the Introduction to Airwatch Lab forwarded to the ProjectNee.com site.
We both use the same portal. They learned from us and we're learning from them.
I received an away message from my contact so you might want to follow up directly with the AirWatch training team.
Will do.. thanks man.
RickBoyett , this post was just brought to my attention, so I thought I'd sign up for the forums here and leave a comment.
A little about me: My name is Adam, and I'm on AirWatch's Global Education Team. I also happen to be the one who manages the entire AirWatch Labs project.
To answer your question first, we were experiencing datacenter connectivity issues last week, which caused issues spinning up the desktops that are used to connect to one of our SaaS environments. If you are located in North America and received any errors like "There was an error communicating with the vApp," they were likely related to this outage. We have since been able to resolve the main problem in the datacenter, and issues relating to it have been cleared.
Based on the other parts of your original comment, however, it sounds like you were getting the red banner after clicking on "Begin Lab." If that's true and the issue is still persisting for you, it's very easy to fix. Just shoot an email over to email@example.com, and I'll get that sorted for you.
I did exactly that and they fixed it this morning.
That was probably me as well!
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you run into any more issues.
