Problems with ESXi Availability in Hyperic

Hello

We just deployed our first Hyperic system. So far no problem.

We installed the Hyperic Agent on all our Windows-based vCenter Server. Now we see all ESXi Hosts connected to this vCenters and Virtual Machines deployed on this vCenter.

All vCenter server are green with 100% Availability, but some of the ESXi host have 0% Availability and are red. All ESXi hosts are in the same network and are configured identically.

I have no idea what the problem is. How can I troubleshoot this?

Did you ever resolve this?

We are seeing a similar with our ESXi hosts, the Availability metric is flapping constantly triggering alerts. Whilst all other metrics are being collected and showing normal operation.

It is the data store (DS) connection which seems to be the most problematic.
