NOOB needs expert guidance for generating one HTML from a Foreach Cluster

HI Team , please help me , I am not experienced enough to make this work . I read 100s of articles , and assume I need some sort of function with return values . No idea how to do that .

This script simply looks at total resources per cluster minus assigned VMs , then some bits for vSphere HA .

Forgot to say it is currently making a new HTML for each loop/cluster , I need all the values to be rolled up into ONE HTML page.. PLEASE .

Move the definition of the array $report and the creation of the HTML file outside the loop.
