Please check how the license activation works for Tableau application.

Cievo May 5, 2015 1:59 AM (in response to VSTCVENT)You can use my favorite toos ProcessMonitor to check what application does when it activates. Maybe those registry keys or files have bad isolation mode.

I had the same issue, we've since moved onto AppVolumes, but the same issue exists. I found these articles online

Looks like it may be a larger issue.
