Multiple identical vAPPs on same vCloud (Urgent*)

Hi Experts,

I am planning to install 10 identical vAPPs to a single vCloud Director and have figured out Four ways:

1. create 10 datacenter and 10 different Clusters, 10 PVDC and 10 Org-VDC then one vAPP per PVDC

2. create 1 datacenter, 10 different Clusters, 10 PVDC and 10 Org-VDC then one vAPP per PVDC

3. create 1 datacenter, 1 cluster, 10 PVDC and 10 Org-VDC then one vAPP per PVDC, or

4. create 1 datacenter, 1 cluster, 1 PVDC and 10 Org-VDC then one vAPP per PVDC

Need to know the best solution and if possible pros and cons of each solution.
