BSOD Error After Qemu img to VMDK conversion

Click on 'Configure Machine' button in Converter client

I actually have winxp-sp3 qemu img, when i run that img using qemu it shows me system specification as 2.6 GHz Processor with x86 Family 6 Model 3 (Which is actually pentium II Mother Board) when i convert this img to vmdk it shows me BSOD. i am using vmware workstation to launch the machine. I have converted a win7  img using the above mentioned command and it works fine.
