Is there a way to change the icons used in the UI back to the old ones ?

After working with WS 11 for a while I noticed that the new icons reduce my productivity: it takes longer to see how many VMs are running, using the taskbar icon to navigate to a special VM is way harder than before ...

Is there a way to get the old icons back ?

The new icons may look more modern - but if they also result in more errors I dont care for looks.
For visually impaired users they must be a nightmare ...
