IBM System x3250 M3 BIOS 1 Firmware Error 0: Unspecified

I have an IBM System x3250 M3 that has an orange light on it. ESXi is reporting an error on the sensor "BIOS 1 Firmware Error 0: Unspecified". I can't run the IBM ASU utility as any command comes back as Failed. The host is running fine and all VM's are running as expected.

How do I find out what the error is, and how do I fix it?

Any clues would be appreciated.

Did you already restarted the IMM ? Try that and check if this warning is cleared.

issuing ./asu64 rebootimm just comes back with "failed". I haven't powered down the server yet as the VM's are live and my maintenance window isn't until Friday night.
