Hello, it looks like from your screenshot that the lab environment was not yet fully booted and initialized.
In the lower left corner of the desktop screen, there is an indicator that says "Warming up..." that needs to say "Ready" in order for your lab to be ready for use.
We have a lot of processes that run in the environment when the lab is started and they report back via that desktop information panel.
You can wait until this one goes Ready, or you can take another one and wait for that one to go Ready, although that may take longer.

I just took the lab and it worked for me so we know it is possible.
However, I had to wait for the lab's ready indicator which means my environment was freshly deployed.
It could be that the View Horizon View services may have stopped in your lab.
The easiest thing to do is to re-run the LabStartup script. Look in the Start menu under All Programs->Startup and click the labstartup shortcut then wait for the lab to go back to ready state. This will make certain that all services are running for the lab.
How odd. Yesterday and today I started a fresh lab and it wouldn't connect either time. I have run the LabStartup script. It takes some time to complete but it did fix the problem. Thanks!
