How to manage vSphere ESX Agent. I mean is there any windows or gui where in  can manage these ESX Agents.

How is below ESX Agent from below vendor managed ??

Hello Bunty,

Your question isn't very clear.  I'm not familiar with the Checkpoint agent you linked to specifically.

But normally if a 3rd party app/vendor adds something to ESXi then they also have either a Virtual Appliance (a custom VM they supply with their product) which has a web management interface.

Or then provide a plug-in for Virtual Center.  You would find that under Home > Solutions and Applications in vCenter.
