Your question isn't very clear. I'm not familiar with the Checkpoint agent you linked to specifically.
But normally if a 3rd party app/vendor adds something to ESXi then they also have either a Virtual Appliance (a custom VM they supply with their product) which has a web management interface.
Or then provide a plug-in for Virtual Center. You would find that under Home > Solutions and Applications in vCenter.
