I'm running in my PC Windows 7 a virtual machine using VMWARE WORKSTATION, I can see my virtual machine from my pc with other programs, even with a ping, but if I start my CISCO VPN client to connect to my company network, I lost connection between my PC and Virtual machine. I can back it if I disconnect cisco VPN. Are any way I can keep running both and see from my laptop (HOST) my virtual machine, like a ping or do a windows explorer?
