Schedule Conf Backup to Hosts ESXi 5.5

Hi, can you help me in order to backup host ESXi 5.5 ...


I note that with vMA (vicfg-cfgbackup, etc) need the root password in plain text.. but   it's not like me.


You know other alternative by vCenter for example (in order to schedule weekly for example)

Use powercli command Get-VMHostFirmware command.

Get-VMHost | Get-VMHostFirmware -BackupConfiguration -DestinationPath C:\backup
