So I got the information that some of you have been looking for so lets go over it:
Q.) Will I get scored properly on a design question if I drag an item around and the ones on top don't move.
A.) As long as the item is in the boundaries of where it needs to be it will be scored. The anchor system on the exam has no bearing on the answer file. The anchor system is just there for convenience even though sometimes it doesn't move some items. So an example of this would be: If you have a vAPP with a VM on it and you move the vAPP but the VM doesn't move, this doesn't mean it won't get scored. The VM just needs to be within the vAPP as stated in the question. So if you move the vAPP and the VM doesn't move with it, you will have to move it back ontop the vAPP where you want it. This goes for any other items you may come across. Long story short as long as the item is where it should be placed when you click next it will get scored accordingly.
