Which ISO with Update Manager for 5.0 to 5.5

Trying to prep for host upgrade by using update manager and getting message that "Upgrade package cannot be used with update manager".  Am i missing something? Which iso is needed?  Any help is appreciated

I think that is my issue.  I'm trying to add an image that is newer than my current build.  Thanks
