I am new to VM programming and struggling to create new VM programmatically using C#. Currently, I am using VIX 1.7 but it seems there is no method available. Kindly help me in this regard.

I am not sure if it is possible via C#.
It can be achievable through PowerCLI (additional snapin works with PowerShell).
