VCAC 6.0.1 Windows 2012 guest agent stuck

I have to logon to the VM and restart the guest agent and the process completes.  Anyone seen this behavior?  This agent is crashing on other templates that worked in the past.  Not sure how to troubleshoot this one.  I will open up a support case.

I also have a nocert.out file with no cert inside multiple times.

Here is the latest agent that is not available in 6.0.1.  I received this from VMware directly.  Enjoy as it corrected my issue.  Support for Windows 2012R2!!!!!
