VIB drivers package for Realtek RTL8111E

Hi experts!!!

can anyone of you provide me this drivers in a VIB file.  Realtek RTL8111E

and

How can I add this drivers in a running ESXi server, I don´t want to create a customize ISO and start to install the ESxi again. There are currently  machines created. I think , there is a way to add the drivers into the current server ,reboot the ESxi and in the next start will recognize the NIC.

I am running ESxi 5.5
