Move .vSphere-HA directory?

I am running vCenter Server 4.1. I have 90 Datastores I need to delete a datastore, but it contains the folder, .vSphere-HA and will not allow me to delete either the folder or the datastore. I have read several other strings on this and one of the solutions was to disable HA and then delete the folder. I performed that, but the folder would still not delete and said it was in-use. Does anyone know how I can move or delete this folder?

Euuh, you sure you are only running vCenter Server 4.1 in your environment on those datastores?

Make sure you have SIOC disabled on the datastore. And that you're not using this datastore for swap files.
