login in to vcenter appliance configuration interface (VAMI) with domain admin

is it possible to login in to vcenter appliance configuration interface (VAMI)  with domain admin?

There are two ways to configure Virtual appliance.

1.  Refer the link that King_Robert has given.

2. Configuring Active Directory Authentication for the vCenter Server Appliance

I am looking for how to integrate the AD with SSO or vCSA. My question if AD authentication is enabled in vCSA then also we cannot access this interface:-

https://vCSA FQDN:5480 with domain user account and why it is not accessible through domain credentials.

Use the links mentioned before if you done all this it has to work.

Make sure to Login with domain user account as Domain\user or user@domain to login because SSO else doesn't know which domain to check.

If it still doesn't work help us by giving us some more information, what doesn't work, any error messages etc.
