You've raised this and also How to fix error " ssl connection was shut down while reading " ?

Both are likely related, please provide more information on your server setup - any load balancer in front? NAT? what are the configured external urls?

Make sure you've followed the existing documentation

did anyone met the same issue ever?

I have a Windows 8.1 laptop and the VMware view client always prompt the error when I tried to logon a broker; I tried several versions of the client and they are all the same

1. Connect to broker - disclaimer shows up correctly

2. Accept disclaimer - logon window shows up correctly

3. Enter credentials to logon - it stay there for long time and then prompt "could not establish tunnel connection"

I have another VM and the client is working there perfectly with all the same configuration

I wonder what's wrong with my laptop...

Thanks,

Leon Li

Hello all,

Do we have any solution for this kind of error, I couldn't find any events/logs from security server or connection server.
