Is it possible to migrate 1 user profile at a time?

I am trying to use the migprofile.exe util to migrate users profiles. We are moving the users to Windows 7 in groups and not all at once. I have tried testing the utility by pointing it at a single profile and it gives me the error "The source does not contain any profiles to migrate:"

When I point it to the folder above it starts to migrate all the profiles in the folder.

Is there a way to do a migration of a subset of the profiles?

please check this Doc

For example -

The following example migrates the V1 profile for the user ts115 on the computer devvm-winxp to the remote path \\file01\profiles. The utility takes ownership of the user profiles during the migration:

migprofile.exe /s:\\devvm-winxp\c$\documents and settings\ts115 /t:\\file01\profiles\ /takeownership
