Unable to create LSOM file system for VSAN disk

HI All

Because my physical ESXI seem has some hardware issue, so I install 3 esxi VM on workstation...

All esxi setting like below

CPU:2vCPU

vRAM: 6GB

HD:

(1) 4GB: ESXi OS install

(2)20GB: Fake SSD

(3)40GB: data HD

NIC: (A)bridage: to connect vcenter[192.168.0.x/24] ;(B) NAT: connect vSAN [172.16.99.x/24]

then I create a Cluster and add these 3 ESXi Server and enable VSAN.

I could add All fake SSD and loca HD (3 SSD & 3 HD) to VSAN.

but I immediate see a error message like below:

"Unable to create LSOM system for VSAN disk mpx.vmhba1:C0:T2:L0", the C0:T2:L0 seem data HD

whether I forget set in ESXi VM or not ??

thanks!!

Hi All

the possible reson should be NTP~~Because I find My these ESXi VMs fast more 8 hours than vcenter's time...I clear All VSAN Setting and modify NTP setting to local time...then re-configure VSAN procedure, then it work well.

NTP is critical in vsphere and vsan deployments.
