I have workstation 9 host installed on a linux server. I have Windows 8, Windows 7 and Max OS vm's. Regardless of which client I startup, I fi walk away from the client - say after several hours - the screen is black and moving the mouse or hitting keys on the keyboard fails to wake the client. I end up rebooting (power off-on) the server to get access again. I found this note and followed the instructions by adding the entry to the *.vmx file. I tried it and waited several hours - no change. Any ideas?
