Good afternoon everyone,
Just finished installing my vCloud instance and now I'd like to change the "disk space thresholds" for a datastore cluster.
The thing is: I can't. The buttons and boxes to do so are blocked, like it is impossible to do it.
Path followed was:
Manage & Monitor > Provider VDC > open_my_provider_vdc > Datastores tab > Right-click_the_datastore_cluster > Properties
Issue happens wether it's a datastore cluster or standalone datastore.
I attached a picture with the issue.
I don't know if that is a permission issue since I'm logged in with the system administrator.
Has anyone ever seen this problem?
Thank you very much.
you don't change them there. thresholds are not configured in the provider.
Manage & Monitor > Datastores > Right Click > Properties.

Manage & Monitor > Datastores > Right Click > Properties.
Sorry everyone.
Just found the correct path:
Manage & Monitor > vSphere Resources > Datastore & Datastore Cluster > Open_datastore
Instead of:
Manage & Monitor > Provider VDC > open_my_provider_vdc > Datastores tab > Right-click_the_datastore_cluster > Properties
This kind of points me to a possible error within the vCloud Director 5.5 Admin Guide:
