not able to login to vcentre server 5.5 using vsphere client

i have installed vcentre 5.5 and when i tried login using vsphere client it is giving an error "Cannot complete login due to incorrect username and password" . I am giving FQDN and my domain userID and password . Can anyone help here .

Have you configured your domain as an Identity Source in SSO and have you given permission to your domain account in vCenter?
