Enable HTTP Support ESXi 5.1

Can someone please provide me with step-by-step instructions on how to enable HTTP support in ESXi 5.1?  In previous versions we would update the proxy.xml file but this has changes in 5.1.  I do see another discussion on how to do this in 5.1 but it is not complete.  If someone could please provide me with some detail steps on how to enable HTTP in 5.1 I would be truly grateful.

Hi Brian,

When you say "enable HTTP support" could you elaborate a little more?

Are you talking about a client for administration?

Or when you pull up a web browser and hit the host's IP address on port 443 are you not getting the ESXi splash screen?
