Broadcom BCM57781 compatibility?

Dear All,

This is my first post on this form.

I'm thinking of using ESXi5.5 on the  ASRock Fatal1ty X79 Champion

Doing some research on the internet i found out that the Broadcom BCM57781  NIC has some compatibility issues with ESXi 5.1

I wonder if the issues still exists in ESXi 5.5

Yeah, ESXI 5.5 does't support Broadcom BCM57781 either. You can check the compatibility information here: VMware Compatibility Guide: I/O Device Search
