vCenter Orchestrator 5.5 has no vCenter workflow in library.

Hi,

We just configure vCenter Orchestrator in our vCenter Server to get familiar with it.

In the vcenter Orchestrator client and the vSphere Web Client we do not have the vCenter workflow in the Library.

We have the same thing in the vSphere Web Client.

We remove the vCenter Plugin and install it again and it does not work either. In the vCo logs, we have nothing that talk about the vCenter PlugIn except for the installation.

In our configuration page everything is green :

Is anyone have a clue?

Thanks for your help.

Under plug-ins in your vCO Configuration page, make sure that the vCenter plug-in is actually enabled. Also, go to the Troubleshooting tab of the configuration page, then in the right pane, click the link that says "Reset current version". Once you've done that, restart the vCenter Orchestrator Server service. The restart should trigger a re-install of the plug-in that is supposed to result in importing the package for each plug-in so that you have all the library workflows in the vCO Client Smiley Happy

Hi Pascal,

Looks like the vCenter package is not installed for some reason.

Could you try the following - in vCO web configurator, go to 'Troubleshooting page' (white bag with red cross on the screenshot above). There should be a link saying 'Reinstall the plug-ins when the server starts'. Click on it and then restart vCO server. Hopefully, the package will be re-installed and vCenter workflows will be there.

Guys, this is happening every time a vCO server is reconfigured to use a new DB server!!!

I should open a bug.
