Does commands like Get -VM and Get -Snapshot works on ESXi Host.
That is if i connect ESXi with SSH and try to run these commands.
No, that will not work. You can only use PowerCLI on Microsoft Windows.

No, the PowerCLI pssnapins only work on a Windows based OS that has PowerShell installed.
