I have a fresh installed vsphere 5.5 host.

How to set time using ntp-server ?

ntp-client is running but it shows always wrong time.

In addition to the NTP settings make sure you have set the appropriate time zone -

is it true that I cannot set time zone settings in vsphere host ?

ESXi uses UTC
