I have tried preparing my environment for VXLAN and failed many times. Had tried it with 5.1 and left it at that. Now i upgraded my environment to 5.5. ESXi hosts,vCenter 5.5 and also vCNS 5.5.

I don't think there's much difference with 5.1 and 5.5 preparation. It repeatedly fails with error. I had tried installing the VXLAN.zip manually with 5.1 and it still hadn't worked.
I get stuck at a step 7 where it fails to pick up a DHCP IP and we need to specify the IP manually.
If i go to Web client i don't see any tab called virtual adapters.
This is the error that shows up on events tab of the host.
And also i don't know what to enter for segment ID before preparation.
Thinking of raising an SR with VMware but i thought i will ask you guys and see if anyone has faced same issues.
