I've been enjoying repeated success in my lab/test environment. Yes, I have no reverse DNS/PTR records (typical limitation of consumer routers). This is not best practices for production. This is merely a workaround, suitable for the home or lab. No support implied by VMware or myself, this is just an FYI.
