The "Windows XP Professional.vmx" configuration file you've attached is not a valid file and just contains garbage.  Attach the vmware.log file as a file, do not copy and paste into the body of a reply, and one of us will create a new "Windows XP Professional.vmx" file for you.

There is few files vmware.log, vmware-0.log, vmware-1.log, vmware-2.log

i upload only the vmware.log

Unfortunately the vmware.log file you attached to the OP also contains garbage.  Archive (compress) the remaining vmware*.log files into a single .zip archive and attach it to a reply.

Attached .rar file with all vmware*.log

I also have some chinese signs in this log files. Dont know why.

Im using also truecrypt to mount drive with this system. Maybe this is a reason. Password is right to mount.

All the files posted are not human readable and if encrypted it doesn't appear they are getting decrypted.  The only VMware Fusion sided suggestion I can make it to create a new Virtual Machine using the same name at a different location just in order to get its .vmx configuration file and then you can delete it after copying its .vmx configuration file to the original Virtual Machine.

That said, if it's a case where all the files that comprise the Virtual Machine are not being decrypted then creating a new one to get the .vmx configuration file will be of no use.

That means this software, which i got down there is impossible to open or?. I'm really interested what is the cause. My language and computer skills are maybe not good enough to understand the real problem you are writing about. Anyway, big thanks for answers. I got no clue, why its not working now. Friend was using the same VM on different computer and it was okay.

We can try with the new .vmx conf file. I dont understand the meaning from "That said, if .."
