VCP5-DT is the title of the certification for View.
There are 2 paths to achieve the certification depending on whether you already hold a VCP in Cloud or Data Center Virtualization (DCV).
VCPD510 is the code for the exam you take if you do not hold a Cloud or DCV VCP certification - it's an exam which will test you on both vSphere and View.
And between VCP-DT and VCP510-DT?
