The name already exists error when trying to add host to cluster

I created a cluster that currently has no hosts in it. When i try to add a host I get an error that says "The name "ip address of host I'm adding" already exists. I don't understand why I'm getting that error if there are no hosts showing up on the cluster. See below for the screenshot.

Your screen shot does show that the hosts is already part of the inventory - if the host is already part of theinventory you do not need to add it again - just drag and drop it into the cluster

Just drag and drop into the cluster. You would not need to add it again
