Cannot start VMware vCenter Orchestrator Server service

After doing a fresh install on version 5.1.1 build 2942, the VCO service will not start. All of the configuration items are green, VC up and running, the service account used for the service a member of local admins. The event id in the System log reported as 7024, error text below:

The VMware vCenter Orchestrator Server service terminated with service-specific error Incorrect function..

If anyone has an idea, please advise. Thanks.

Thanks for the tip. I was able to start the service by stopping the Quest Foglight agent that was running on the box first and then restarting VCO. The article points out that increasing RAM would help, however the VM was already set at 10GB, with plenty available to the JVM, but I was still seeing the issues mentioned in the wrapper.log file.
