vCenter 5.1 and Heartbeat 6.4

if I'm planning to install 2 vCenter Server one Physical and the second is Virtual with HeartBeat

my question is

Do I need to purchase 2 vCenter standard license for each Server, or one license will be enough??

The thread is correct, you need 2 Vcenter licences, but only 1 Heartbeat license.
