There isn't a lot to go on with what you provided here. Review the logs from the start for other potential problem indicators. I would like to think that whatever the root cause would have failed the build at a better location but it doesn't look like it. The debug.log along with additional log files in the /opt/vmware/www/build/<build profile.instance>/status directory should contain more information.
Here is my debug.log and postinstall.log files. An external view can help me because I do not see why the build does not work (for me the root cause is the installation of package "vmware-studio-vami-login.x86_64")
Thank you in advance for your help.
I have been unable to reproduce your problem and unfortunately the logs do not provide really any indication on what happened, but it also appears based on the log output that is not the first build you have done for this OS seeing how the iso has already been mounted from a previous run. It is possible something went wrong during the first run.
If you could run from a clean install of Studio or perhaps try a later dot release of RHEL such as 6.1 to see if the problem persists or if you are able to use 6.3 that would be ideal.
