Hello,
is the vSphere Client free to use? and where I can find this information in the license agreements?
thx
Sprudel
Welcome to the Community - Yes the vSphere is free to use with vCenetr and ESXi - I believe it is covered in the EULA of those products-
Welcome to the Communities..
vSphere Client is a free tools used to Manage ESXi host or the vCenter Server.. Only the ESXi host and vCenter has to be licensed
sorry, I'm not able to find the passage which gives me the right of free use the vSphere Client.
http://www.vmware.com/download/eula/esxi50_eula.html <- looks like the same EULA which comes with the vSphere Client.
My questions are:
1) Do I need a vSphere license to use vSphere Client? (I know it makes less sense to use vSphere Client without a vSphere/ESX Server)
2) In case of yes, can I install vSphere Client multiple with one server license?
3) In case of no, what other license I need for it, or ist it free to use?
3) And where I can find this informations in the EULA of vSphere Client? Maybe my english is not good enough.
I doubt you will find something in the EULA about something that doesn't need to be licensed. You can deploy the vSphere Client wherever you want, all that needs to be licensed (paid or with the free license) is the server side (vCenter Server and/or ESXi).

1) As I said before vSphere Client is management tool (GUI Interface) which is free to manage the ESXi host and vCenter server,
2) vSphere Client can be installed on any number of systems to manage the vSphere Infrastructure
The Only license what you need if for the vSphere suite..
I dont see any specific EULA for vSphere Client (http://www.vmware.com/download/eula/), You can contact VMware Sales team to get a confiramtion from them..
