Dear All,

I am trying to install san surfer on ESXi5, but I am getting the below error:

The included VM could not be uncompressed (GZIP/UNCOMPRESS). Please try to
download the installer again and make sure that you download using 'binary'

This could indicate that you do not have enough free space in /tmp.

Looking on the qlogic website, I see supported versions of San Surfer for Novell SLES and RedHat Linux.

Unless I'm missing something, I don't know how you expect this to install, it's clearly not a VMware package, which would end in .zip or .vib. Certainly something that appears to install JRE would never be intended to run on ESXi.
