We have users reporting that there View session using the software 5.1.1 client freezes and they need to reboot to get to another session.
When I check the VM in vSphere, I am able to open the console and interact with the VM but the user does not see the changes at the end point.
I have seen other posts in the forums where the session will reconnect when using a Zero Client. But in my case the session never reconnects.
