vmware swap file Host cache swapping

Hi Guys,

in vSphere 5 a new concept of Host Cache swapping is introduced. just want to know is it best practice to use host cache for storing the VM swap files rather than storing it to same of folder of VM. If it is then what is the benefit plz suggest.

The Host Cache feature is intended to be used with a local SSD disk if you find it likely to be experiencing large amounts of vmkernel swapping. The host cache is a "first hit" instance for all local VMs, but they will still have their ordinary vswp file in their VM folder. Once (if) the local SSD swap store is full the VM swap files will be used as usual.
