I had tried resetting using the user name, tried calling the local office. No go. Nobody even tried to listen to me. Multiple tickets to certification has been created, none responds.
I havent received my certs for VCP5-DT that was cleared 2 months ago
I would try reaching the NA team today and check if they would also ignore.
Overall, tired of VMware certification team.
Sending multiple emails raises multiple tickets, which actually slows down the overall process for getting issues resolved as the team then have to spend time consolidating the tickets.
