How to keep only one version

Hi,

If I'd like to preserve only one backup of each virtual machine. How could it be done?

Should I set retention policy to one day? What happens if for some reason few days

pass and vdp is unable to make new backups. Does it ever remove only version?

I have no idea how to keep just last one successfull backup and I'd be interested to know it too.
