Converter 5.0 service server failed to start

Are you local administrator? The error means 50 "The request is not supported."

You must be local admin too.

Is the converter's services are running under LocalSystem account?

I tried it on an administrative user to run, did not work

There must be some restrictions in your Networking, the service crashes after fail to create a special user for Converter. Could you check for restriction policies?

Hi, sorry for the late answer but there are no clues why this happens, it's not normal situation. Are you sure you made a clean install of the Converter 5.0?
