OVF of vCenter

Hi, this is ashish, i am trying to download ovf of vCenter but unable to get donwload link, could anyone help me to provide the same.

Hi Ashish,

The vCenter OVF is for vCenter Server Appliance, hope you looking for the appliance only as there is no OVF for vCenter Server

Hi Nik,

Actually i recently done vcp frm koenig, delhi center and there faculty taught tht we can install vCenter server by ovf also tht is why i ws trying to download the same but i think you are right.

Hi,

Does it mean during your course of VCP you did not install vCenter Server? if not then your VCP course is not at all complete

With version 5 ov vSphere VMware has come out with vCenter Appliance OVF that is meant for small size of upto 5 ESXi hosts you cannot have more than 5 ESXi hosts connected to vCenter Server Appliance

For larger deployments there is the vCenter Server 5.

No iv installed vcenter by dvd only not from ovf that is why i had som confusion as he tought. Thnks to make it clear.
