No Host is compatible with the virtual machine

whenever i power up this virtual machine, the host that it is running on discconects from virtual centre. However, when the Virtual Machine is shutdown, the host is able to reconnect to the VC with no issues. I have moved the VM to another host and this exact issue occurs on the host that I move it to.

please post a vmware.log from that VM
